If you grew up watching Hanna-Barbera cartoons, then I urge you to check out The Venture Brothers. It's basically a spoof-take on all the conventions of Scooby Doo and all the superhero/villain cartoons of that age, much along the lines of Harvey Birdman. I picked it up at HMV for 25% off because I'd heard so many nerds ranting about how awesome it was, and I can tell you they were right. Here's a little sample:
